Led by the Lord’s Love

“Thirty years ago, I happened to tune into Radio Liangyou by chance. I remember listening to an audio drama depicting Jesus’ crucifixion. As I listened, time and space felt frozen. The scene of Christ’s sacrifice came alive right before me, lingering in my mind for a long time. Touched by Jesus’ love, I laid down my doubts and put my firm trust in Him. Though I haven’t listened to the programs for over 20 years, I was deeply moved when I recently came across the livestream of Liangyou’s 77th Anniversary Thanksgiving Service in a chat group. Those early memories flooded back, and tears flowed uncontrollably—it felt like returning to my childhood home!”

(Sister Lu)

  • May God gently touch Sister Lu’s heart once again through Radio Liangyou, reminding her of the love of the Cross and granting her renewed strength. Pray that she remains watchful and close to the Lord.

Staged Accidents & Drunk Driving

Earlier this year, while investigating a traffic accident, the Tongxiang Traffic Police Detachment discovered that a single vehicle had been involved in four collisions in just one week. Suspecting a fraudulent extortion scheme, authorities investigated and uncovered a gang using two main tactics: “waiting for prey” by sending accomplices to monitor nightlife venues for drinking patrons who planned to drive, and “entrapment” by sending female accomplices to encourage victims to drink before orchestrating a collision as they drove away. Fearful of drunk driving penalties, most victims refrained from contacting the police. Ultimately, seven suspects were arrested.

  • May the authorities remain vigilant and investigate patterns of repeated traffic accidents so that deliberately staged incidents can be identified promptly. May greater public awareness also discourage drunk driving, helping to protect the wider community from harm.

Enfolded by Truth

“I used to be trapped in deep depression, constantly weighed down by anxiety. Ever since I committed to studying theology, these long-standing struggles began to resolve. My goal in theological study was never to seek human approval, but to gain a clearer understanding of God’s truth. Today, I have learned to live with gratitude. Even in trials, I see how God is shaping me to illuminate the path ahead, experiencing firsthand that truth always welcomes sincere seekers. Studying theology has taught me that this is not merely about accumulating biblical knowledge—it is a life-transforming dialogue with God. Looking back at my study notes, every page bears witness to His grace.”

(Sister Jin)

  • May the Lord grant Sister Jin wisdom and sincerity as she grows in truth and practice. Pray that she casts her anxieties on Him, maintains a grateful heart, and continues her journey with renewed direction.

Disregard for Privacy

A court in Hangzhou recently concluded a criminal case involving the illegal harvesting of user data from food delivery platforms. Using a malicious web scraper tool named “Shan De Kuai” (Delete Fast), a criminal group illegally gathered consumer orders and review data, subsequently harassing users to force them into removing negative reviews. Under the platform’s original privacy design, review databases and customer order details were strictly segregated to keep contact details hidden from merchants. The group targeted merchants under the guise of “reputation management” to collect service fees. The court sentenced four defendants to prison terms ranging from two to three years, alongside fines and the confiscation of illegal gains.

(“Workers’ Daily”, September 10, 2026)

  • May the authorities continue to combat the illegal misuse of users’ personal data. May food-delivery platforms also strengthen cybersecurity measures and database encryption to better protect users’privacy and safety.

Gospel Broadcasting

  1. Gospel Mission: Earlier, Radio Liangyou held a “Gospel Programming Symposium” for our staff members. Led by three program directors from different regions, the event helped staff reflect on the true meaning of the Gospel and explore how to produce effective Gospel-centered programs. The event covered both theory and practice, and we pray that the Lord will help our staff persevere in their efforts to produce Gospel-centered content.
  2. Youth Ministry: The LTS course “Youth Ministry” has been revised and is now officially airing. Students have reported that the program helps them clearly understand how to practically carry out youth ministry and provides a clear direction to follow. May the Lord guide our pastoral staff to lead the course content into a blessing for the younger generation.
