“My brothers and I came to this unfamiliar city to start a business selling cold dishes and prepared foods. From setting up a street stall at the very beginning to eventually renting a storefront, every step was guided by God. We have be holding fast to a firm conviction: as Christians, we must give an account to God. Therefore, when it comes to food, we never cut corners; we provide our customers with safe and healthy ingredients and operate with integrity. There have been many challenges, but by relying on the Lord, we’ve overcome them all. It’s been word-of-mouth from our customers that has propelled us to the top spot among cold dish vendors. Because of our faith, we’ve stood firm, and God has not let us down.”

From Darkness to Light
“Ever since I was a child, I’ve had a stutter. The more nervous I got, the worse my stutter became. I was mocked by my classmates and others, which led to deep feelings of inferiority and even some depression. At age 20, I was overwhelmed by intense suffering; at one point, I even considered suicide. At the lowest point of my life, I heard the good news of the Gospel. I thank God for turning my life around. Gradually, those extreme thoughts faded away, and I emerged from the depths of despair. God has helped me clearly see that no one’s life is perfect, and that life’s suffering is simply a different kind of landscape. Now I work hard, live a simple life, and am rich in joy and contentment.”

- Unchanged Mission: Throughout Radio Liangyou’s 77-year history, we have witnessed different technological breakthroughs, yet we have consistently upheld our vision of spreading the Gospel through media. Even as the formats and platforms change, our mission remains unchanged. Our staff continually explores new listening platforms to continue serving our listeners through diverse channels.
- Online Learning: Even when the platforms are unstable, students persist in registering for courses and taking exams through alternative channels. Our staff also seeks to engage with students through online activities, asking the Lord to grant wisdom in selecting topics that meet their needs, and their spiritual lives are nourished.
