Overcoming the Test

“In the early days of running my own business, I was new to the industry and knew nothing. Hence when a supplier took me under his wing and taught me how to get started, I began to develop feelings for him. At that time, I had been divorced for two years, but when I learned that he had a family, I knew I couldn’t give in to my feelings. However, he began to steer the conversation toward romantic matters. I thus sought out my prayer partner to pray together. Whenever he brought up topics around romance, I would use Bible verses to encourage him to cherish his family. In the end, I stopped doing business with him and completely severed all contact.”

(Sister Lina)

  • May the Lord grant Sister Lina a watchful heart so that when she faces emotional turmoil, she may have the wisdom and strength to avoid temptation. Also pray that the Lord will lead her to experience peace in both her personal life and her career.

The Lost Sheep

“I grew up in a Christian family; my parents were both very devoted. Although I grew up in this environment, I never truly believed in God. Later, I drifted away from God and muddled along for 30 years. One evening when I was bored, I picked up a dusty Bible, opened it, and read a few verses. God enlightened me, and I was truly reclaimed by the Lord. In my subsequent work, I was passionate about sharing the gospel and leading small groups. After theological training, the church asked me to serve full-time. For someone with elderly parents and young children to care for, this was a huge challenge. I embarked on the path of full-time ministry, growing through challenges and witnessing God’s work through my service.”

(Brother Zhang)

  • After 30 years of dormancy, the seed of the Gospel has finally taken root, sprouted, and borne fruit. May the Lord preserve Brother Zhang’s faith. Though there are challenges in full-time ministry, may he receive provision from God.

Gospel Broadcasting

  1. Audience Interaction: The audience interaction system has been in use for many years, and with rapid updates across various platforms, it has become difficult to identify the root causes when problems arise. May the Lord enable our staff to find suitable products within limited resources that meet our needs.
  2. Theology Learning: Thanks to our staff’s efforts, there has been an overall rise in website traffic, exam registrations, the number of students receiving awards, and enrolment in the Liangyou Theological Seminary’s program. Pray that God will grant students perseverance to continue their studies.
