Total Renewal
“I used to worship idols, but my life was a mess, compounded by family conflicts, making me feel life was meaningless, and I fell into deep despair. One day, I even placed a knife to my neck, wanting to end it all—but I felt an unseen hand pulling me back. Two days later, I happened to listen to Radio Liangyou, and my heart was suddenly set free—it felt like a window had opened, flooding me with light and peace. I fell to my knees before God, weeping sincerely as I prayed. I thank Him for rescuing me and transforming my life completely. Through Liangyou, I’ve grown in my understanding and love for God. With His help, no matter the circumstance, I can persevere. Thank God—and thank you, Liangyou.”

Fake Homeroom Teacher
Police recently investigated a case in which a scammer impersonated a middle school homeroom teacher, stealing his profile photo and nickname to post false payment requests in the school’s official class chat group. The message included a QR code for fee payment, which some parents paid without verification. Although the real teacher quickly alerted the group, seven parents were deceived, each losing RMB 88 dollars. The suspect later confessed that they had bought multiple QQ accounts, searched for class chat groups online, joined them by pretending to be parents, and then carried out the fraud.

- May schools improve supervision of official group chats, restrict unverified users, and respond quickly to suspicious activity. May authorities also strengthen public education and publish scam alerts, helping people guard against deception.
Strength in Suffering
“I never went to school, but the Lord Jesus has never forsaken me. God has always shown mercy and cared for my family. My brother and I have both experienced His wonderful grace, and I must bear witness to His goodness. Once, my brother was struck by a car while working, and doctors said amputation was necessary. I refused and prayed earnestly, and by God’s mercy, his leg was spared. Later, he encountered several more accidents while farming and working. Though I don’t understand why God allowed these trials, it was through them that my brother came to faith. We were not crushed by hardship but instead held fast to God, knowing His discipline proves we are His children.”

- Sister Gao’s faith remains steadfast. Though her family has faced many hardships, they continue to trust in the Lord. May God strengthen and sustain them so they may overcome all challenges through His grace.
New Competition Law
The newly revised “Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People’s Republic of China” took effect on October 15. It explicitly prohibits businesses from using data, algorithms, or platform rules to: (1) disrupt competitors’ services through forced redirects or malicious uninstalls; (2) improperly obtain or use others’ legally held data; or, (3) abuse platform rules to suppress rivals through fake transactions, reviews, or returns. The amendment also targets the issue of large enterprises delaying payments to small and medium-sized firms, aiming to foster fairer competition and provide a clearer legal basis for protecting their rights.
