Counting God’s Grace
“My house is a rental property. Once the tenant turned off the electricity main switch to repair a broken appliance. My son pulled the handle unknowingly. I was too late to stop him and rushed to see the tenant who said that the electricity turned on just after the wiring was finished. Otherwise, the consequences would have been unimaginable. Thank God for His protection. My son is of marriageable age but doesn’t have a so-called decent job. A girl has been introduced to him whom she is happy to accept since she was told that we were a Christian family. To her, Christians are very good people. It is all God’s grace which is limitless.”

New Teaching Standards
The Ministry of Education has recently released 758 newly developed or revised standards for professional teaching in vocational education covering 52.9% of all 1,434 majors listed in the Catalogue of Vocational Education Programs. The new standards are designed to align with technological advancements, with a view to adapting to the new needs. The new standards emphasize the higher education teaching requirements of the system design, optimize the institutional framework, strengthen the cultivation of comprehensive vocational quality and action capabilities, and integrate digitalization and artificial intelligence into professional teaching. Schools are allowed flexibility to tailor their own programs and are encouraged to enhance the capacity of teachers and administrators for effective implementation of the new standards.

Internet Water Army
Recently, Sichuan Public Security Department successfully detected a number of internet water army cases. 27 suspects have been arrested in different provinces all over the country, and people have been successfully disconnected from the transaction platform of a nationwide internet water army. Engaged in internet water armies for many years, the mastermind is very familiar with the rules of the major platforms. Since the short video market has peaked as there is increased demand, orders keep coming. Daily net profit is three to four thousand RMB. False flow of data is generated and purposeful comments are posted to manipulate consumers’ trust in products. Company’s fraudulently acquired brand reputation has harmed the fair competition of a market.

Gospel Broadcasting
- Thru the Bible: The five-year “Thru the Bible” Bible study program will officially finish at the end of March. Recording of the sermons has been completed. The remaining procedures are the program host’s recording and the post-production mixing. Thanks should go to the hard work of the program team and the support of our ministry partners. These can bring solid biblical explanations to our listeners and also help believers understand the essence of Christian truth. Many listeners have benefited greatly from this.
- Extended Learning: Liangyou Theological Seminary has launched an extended learning program “Lay Training Program III” to train students how to answer questions in a written text form. It is hoped that through the step-by-step guidance, students will be able to master the structure and layout of articles. They will be able to handle proficiently in various aspects from sharing of personal testimonies to preparation of sermons.
