Called to Service
“I am humble, yet God has called me to be a vessel to serve Him. This is the most precious and undeserved grace of my life. I remember clearly that after recovering from a serious illness, I was deeply moved by a hymn. I knew clearly that it was God’s call, and I resolved to serve Him, never wavering again. God awakened me and gave me the opportunity to embark on the path of service. At that time, my spiritual life was very young. In youth ministry, facing worldly values often made me feel powerless. God led me to study theology, and I diligently equipped myself. Later, I entered the mission field for seven years, experiencing many spiritual battles in a cross-cultural environment, and even more so, experiencing God’s immense grace.”

- May the Lord help Sister Qu to maintain her faith in service, enabling her to meet the challenges of the world. May she experience the Lord’s grace and guidance even more in the mission field, becoming a blessing to more people and glorifying God’s name.
The Beauty of Obedience
“Although I read the Bible and prayed daily, I didn’t have a strong pursuit of God, nor was I moved by His calling. Later, through repeated reminders and discipline, I learned the lesson of obedience. I was willing to be used by God to help children with special education through art counseling, but I was afraid I couldn’t handle the responsibility. God repeatedly reminded me in different situations, but I still had many concerns. I have a strong personality, but I learned humility in fellowship, and finally committed myself. Experiencing God’s wonderful grace in service, and accompanying children with autism in their growth, gave me great inspiration. It’s amazing that someone like me, with little ability, was used by God and achieved such good results; I am very grateful.”
(Sister Song)
- May the Lord help Sister Song learn humility and overcome her doubts about her abilities. Thank God for His calling and use in her life; may she experience more grace and revelation in accompanying children with special education.
Gospel Broadcasting
- Website Listening: Despite difficulties with the radio station’s website platform in the latter half of last year, the number of downloads for on-demand programs did not decrease throughout the year, and streaming listening hours were even higher than in the past. This is a miraculous work of God, and we offer our thanks to our colleagues for their tireless efforts. We pray that the Lord will protect the smooth operation of the network so that listeners can listen to programs as needed.
- Bless the Chinese: Following our collaboration with Far East Indonesia (a.k.a. YASKI), since January of this year, DZAS Radio in the Philippines has added a one-hour Hokkien worship program to its existing Mandarin broadcasts to serve the Hokkien-speaking Chinese community in Manila, Philippines. Please remember the production and broadcast of this program.
