A Lifetime Companion

“Early in my Christian life, I made up my mind to marry a brother in the Lord. The waiting season brought many challenges—especially pressure from my family. Later, a sister introduced me to her older brother. When I learned he had grown up in a home with domestic violence and also struggled with mental health issues, I turned him down. But his name stayed on my mind, and I felt an unexplainable prompting to keep praying for him. A few months later, the Holy Spirit urged me to meet him. We began dating and later got married. My husband is very good to me. We’ve been married for 20 years, and he still loves me as he did at the beginning. He also loves our children and is truly devoted to our family.”

(Sister Mary)

  • May Sister Mary’s marriage grow in love, and may they face life’s challenges together under Your guidance. May her testimony encourage many to seek Your will and experience Your blessings.

Staged-Accident Fraud

There is a growing trend of insurance fraud using second-hand luxury cars as “props.” Scammers deliberately stage traffic accidents so the luxury cars can be declared total losses and claimed for large payouts. Recently, Shanghai police successfully dismantled a major professional fraud ring, confirming that luxury car insurance fraud has evolved into a sophisticated black industry chain with a clear division of labor. These groups specialize in luxury-car claims and often pressure insurers through harassment, coordinated disruptions, and malicious complaints to demand high payouts., seriously undermining the normal financial order of the auto-insurance market. Regulators are guiding insurers to improve their systems to better respond to these risks.

  • Pray that law enforcement will strengthen coordination with insurance companies, proactively investigate unusual cases involving repeated high-value claims, so that insurance will not become a “cash machine” for fraudsters.

Light in the Darkness

“When I was 20, I developed glaucoma and lost my sight. It was one of the darkest and most hopeless valleys of my life. I, thus, began listening to Radio Liangyou. At first, I simply thought the music was beautiful. Then I heard words that pierced my heart: ‘Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden… I am the light of the world.’ I was deeply moved and tried praying to the Lord Jesus. Nothing seemed to change outwardly, but inside I grew more and more eager to listen to your programs. Later, a classmate helped me obtain a Braille Bible and two Braille hymnbooks. To me, they were priceless treasures. God has led me through decades since then. Though I am old now, I am still serving.”

(Brother Meng)

  • Thank you Lord for using Radio Liangyou to touch Brother Meng’s heart. Pray that God will grant him continual strength and joy in his service, and may his testimony encourage others who are facing similar difficulties.

Professional “Debt-Takers”

Recently, a kind of transaction involving so-called “professional debt-takers” has appeared. Middlemen falsify income certificates and bank statements so that debt-takers can obtain bank loans ranging from tens of thousands to several hundred thousand RMB. Most of the money is taken by the intermediaries, while the debt-takers only receive a small portion, and in the end, they are listed as “dishonest persons subject to enforcement,” with many aspects of their daily consumption and activities restricted. Debt-takers, though clearly aware that they neither have the ability nor the intent to repay, still participate in these deceptive schemes, thereby causing real financial losses to institutions. Their actions may meet the legal criteria for the crime of loan fraud.

(“People’s Daily”, December 8, 2025)

  • Pray that regulators will crack down on recruitment for these schemes, punish illegal brokers severely. Lord, have mercy on those who, out of desperation, become “professional debt-takers.
